Woman Accused of Providing Alcohol to Minor
Officials said Jessica Moncallo was taken into custody on May 11 and booked into the Dawson County Jail. She has been charged with purchasing or furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Law enforcement officials also warned that anyone found responsible for supplying alcohol to underage individuals may face additional criminal penalties if the incident results in serious injuries or death.
The Texas Highway Patrol continues to investigate the fatal crash, and additional details have not yet been released.
Investigation Remains Active
Authorities said the case is still under active investigation as troopers continue reviewing evidence connected to the crash.
The arrest has renewed conversations around underage drinking, teen driving safety, and accountability for adults accused of supplying alcohol to minors.
