Newborn Discovered at Festival Campground
Authorities in Michigan have launched an investigation after the body of a newborn baby was discovered inside a portable restroom at the Electric Forest music festival in Rothbury.
According to officials, the tragic discovery was made on the morning of June 28 by an employee responsible for routine maintenance of portable restrooms in the festival’s camping area. Emergency responders and Michigan State Police quickly arrived at the scene, and investigators have since begun examining the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Police confirmed that there is currently no known threat to the public.
