Authorities in Bethlehem have arrested a 41-year-old fugitive accused of producing and possessing child exploitation material, ending a multi-county search. Investigators say the suspect was discovered hiding under blankets inside a residence, in a case that has raised serious concerns about public safety and child protection.
Fugitive Found Hiding Inside Home
Law enforcement officials tracked down the suspect, identified as Noel Tirado, at the home of an acquaintance. According to investigators, he was found concealed under blankets on a child’s bed when officers entered the property.
Authorities also reported that the suspect was wearing an empty gun holster at the time of his arrest, while a loaded firearm was recovered from a nearby dresser.
Serious Charges and Prior Warrants
Tirado was already wanted on multiple outstanding warrants across several counties, including charges such as escape, terroristic threats, and assault.
Investigators allege he created explicit material involving a young child known to him and possessed additional illegal content. He now faces multiple felony charges related to the production and possession of such material, along with weapons-related offenses.
A judge set bail at $1 million cash, reflecting the severity of the allegations.
