Tyler Boebert Faces Five Felony Charges
Court records show that Boebert is facing five felony counts connected to alleged conduct involving a minor. The charges include sexual exploitation of a child, allegations involving inducing or enticing a child, possession with intent, sexual exploitation involving video, and two counts related to contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Authorities say the alleged conduct dates back to January 1, 2024. The case followed an investigation that reportedly began after information was provided to authorities and involved allegations concerning sexually explicit material and a minor.
Released on Bond and Due Back in Court
Following his arrest, Tyler Boebert was released from custody after securing a $10,000 bond. His next scheduled court appearance in Garfield County is August 19.
The new charges come as Boebert is already dealing with separate criminal cases. He previously pleaded guilty in a Weld County child abuse case from 2025 and is scheduled for sentencing in that matter on September 4. He also faces a September 10 sentencing date in a separate Garfield County case involving vehicle trespassing and property theft allegations.
