Two Teens Face Murder Charges in Illinois Family Shooting
Two teenagers have been charged after a series of deadly shootings in East St. Louis, Illinois, that resulted in the deaths of five members of the same family and left two additional relatives with critical injuries.
Authorities said a 16-year-old boy has been charged as an adult with multiple serious offenses, including five counts of first-degree murder. A 15-year-old girl, who is related to the victims, is currently facing juvenile proceedings, although prosecutors are considering whether her case should be transferred to adult court.
