Mexican Influencer Killed While Streaming Live
Mexican TikTok influencer César Gastélum was fatally shot while livestreaming outside a fast-food restaurant in Culiacán, Sinaloa, in a shocking incident that has drawn widespread attention online.
The 23-year-old content creator, who had built an audience of nearly 600,000 TikTok followers through comedy videos and entertaining content, was broadcasting live with friends on the evening of August 4 when the attack occurred. Gunmen Reportedly Opened Fire Outside Restaurant
Officials said Gastélum was gathered with friends outside the restaurant when two men riding a motorcycle approached the group. One of the suspects reportedly got off the motorcycle and opened fire before fleeing the scene.
