DHL Cargo Plane Safely Lands After Striking Unknown Object
A DHL cargo aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing in Germany after it collided with an unidentified object shortly after taking off from Leipzig/Halle Airport. The incident has sparked a large-scale investigation, with authorities later confirming that a drone was found within the airport area.
The aircraft safely diverted to Hanover Airport after the mid-air impact. Initial inspections reportedly revealed minor damage to the front section of the plane.
