Suspect in Custody After Fire Erupts Outside Manhattan Federal Building
A man has been taken into custody after allegedly setting off an incendiary device outside a federal building in Lower Manhattan, New York, triggering a fire and prompting a major law enforcement response.
The incident unfolded outside 26 Federal Plaza, a building that houses several federal agencies, including the FBI and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
