- September 2025: The most recent case allegedly involved an adult woman. She was picked up under false pretences, driven to a hotel, held for nearly a week, and repeatedly raped. She eventually managed to escape and contact authorities. DNA evidence later tied this crime to Mohamed.
Investigators uncovered matching DNA evidence from multiple crime scenes that exclude more than 99.99% of the population — supporting the belief that the attacks over these years are linked to the same individual.

On December 3, 2025, federal law enforcement agencies received information regarding violent kidnappings and sexual assaults connected to Mohamed. A prompt investigation led to the filing of a federal complaint charging him with kidnapping a minor, kidnapping, and related offenses.
