U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest of 24 illegal aliens in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest of 24 illegal aliens in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, as part of an intelligence-driven operation targeting a transnational human trafficking and drug trafficking network. The arrests took place on September 25, 2025, following information obtained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) during interviews with trafficking victims, including children.

The coordinated operation involved multiple federal agencies, including ICE, the FBI, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
ICE confirmed that those taken into custody included individuals previously charged or convicted of serious crimes such as sexual assault of a child, hit-and-run offenses, driving under the influence, identity theft, and possession of narcotic equipment.
“While interviewing victims—many of whom were children—ICE identified several individuals connected to a trafficking and drug operation. In total, 24 illegal aliens were arrested, including those convicted of dangerous crimes,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “President Trump and Secretary Noem remain committed to dismantling transnational criminal networks and ensuring the safety of American families, especially children.”
Authorities stated that investigations into the broader trafficking and drug network are ongoing, with additional arrests possible in the coming weeks.
