A bizarre late-night burglary in Scottsdale, Arizona, ended with two suspects in handcuffs after investigators reviewed surveillance footage showing the pair not only stealing from the restaurant but allegedly engaging in sexual acts during the crime. The unusual break-in occurred at a local eatery and sparked wide online reaction after police released details of the arrest.

Suspects Identified After Review of Surveillance Footage

Police identified the two individuals as Corrisa K. Sucanick, 30, and Brian H. Morrow, 39. Investigators say the pair entered the Mon Cheri Restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale during the early morning hours and proceeded to move through the dining area and storage spaces.
Authorities allege the suspects stole cash and caused damage inside the building before the footage showed them engaging in sexual activity while still inside the restaurant.

Officers reported that approximately $450 in cash was taken, along with damage to the front displays and property inside the business.

Arrests Made on Consecutive Days

Sucanick was located and taken into custody on November 3, followed by Morrow’s arrest the next day.
Morrow now faces charges including third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools, while Sucanick has been charged with third-degree burglary.

Police said the case stands out due to the unusual behavior recorded on camera, which significantly helped identify and track down the suspects.

Community Reaction and Ongoing Case

Local residents and business owners expressed concern over the rising number of overnight property crimes in the area. Restaurant management is cooperating with investigators as they assess the full extent of the damage.

Court dates for the suspects are pending, and authorities expect additional details to be released as the case moves forward.
