In the early evening of Saturday, November 15 2025, a hail of gunfire erupted on the 300-block of Chancellor Avenue in Newark, New Jersey, leaving two people dead and three others wounded. The deceased include a 10-year-old boy and a 21-year-old woman, both pronounced dead at University Hospital after the incident.
