According to prosecutors, the accused, identified as Andres Manuel Aguilar, allegedly met the girl at a bus stop before the two exchanged messages and arranged to meet again the following day. Investigators claim he purchased alcohol before taking the minor to his dorm room, where the alleged assault occurred.
Authorities have charged the 19-year-old with two counts related to the sexual assault of a juvenile, along with an additional charge involving providing marijuana to a minor. Prosecutors allege the suspect later arranged for an emergency contraceptive pill to be delivered before the girl returned home.
