Law enforcement officials confirmed that Kendra Duggar, 27, was taken into custody on March 20 by local police in Arkansas. She was booked into the Washington County Detention Center, where her mugshot was recorded and later made public.

According to official records, she faces four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of second-degree false imprisonment.

Authorities stated that Duggar was released shortly after processing, with court appearances scheduled in the coming weeks.

⚖️ Charges Linked to Ongoing Investigation

The charges against Kendra Duggar are part of a broader investigation that also involves her husband, Joseph Duggar. He was previously arrested in connection with serious allegations stemming from an incident reported to have occurred in 2020.

Officials clarified that while both individuals face child endangerment-related charges, the cases are being handled separately, and investigations remain ongoing due to the sensitive nature of the allegations involving minors.

The Duggar family gained national attention through television appearances, including the reality series 19 Kids and Counting. Recent developments have once again placed the family under public scrutiny, following previous legal controversies involving other members.

Authorities have not released further details, emphasizing that the case is still under active review.
