Epstein Survivor Roza Gilles Shares Harrowing Abuse Story During His Work-Release Program

Epstein Survivor Roza Gilles Shares Harrowing Abuse Story During His Work-Release Program 4 1 1

Survivor Describes Years of Abuse Despite Epstein Serving a Jail Sentence

Roza Gilles has publicly shared her account of alleged abuse by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, revealing how she says the abuse began while he was serving a court-ordered jail sentence under a controversial work-release arrangement.

According to Gilles, she traveled to Florida as an 18-year-old after being promised employment opportunities in the modeling industry. Instead, she alleges she became trapped in a cycle of sexual abuse that continued for years. Her account offers new insight into how Epstein was allegedly able to continue exploiting young women despite being under court supervision.

Work-Release Program Raises Fresh Questions

Gilles said her first encounter with Epstein occurred while he was wearing a court-ordered electronic ankle monitor as part of his work-release conditions. She recalled believing authorities would intervene after noticing law enforcement officers nearby, but said no action was taken.

Her testimony has renewed scrutiny of the work-release program that allowed Epstein to spend extensive time outside jail during his 13-month sentence. Critics have long argued that the arrangement gave him opportunities to continue contacting and exploiting women despite restrictions placed on him by the court.

Modeling Opportunity Allegedly Became a Trap

Gilles said she entered the United States after receiving what appeared to be a legitimate modeling-related opportunity. She alleges that financial pressure, visa-related debt, and fear made it difficult to escape the situation once she became involved.

She also described feeling isolated and powerless throughout the abuse, saying she believed there was little chance of receiving help even when others appeared to be nearby. Her experience highlights broader concerns about how vulnerable young women can be targeted through promises of employment and career advancement.
